Xilisoft FLAC Converter is a comprehensive audio conversion and editing tool designed to convert your FLAC files into any of the most widely used audio codecs, including MP3, WMA, Ogg, APE, M4A, WAV, and AIFF. The program also comes with a useful clipping tool, ID3 tag support, as well as with a set of audio effects for you to enhance and customize your converted files.

The program’s clean and intuitive interface allows you to create conversion lists of any length, which the program will batch convert quickly and efficiently making use of the newest multi-threaded processors and taking up as little of your system resources as possible (a tiny meter placed below the conversion list will keep you informed of your system’s CPU usage at all times). One of the beauties of this conversion tool is its high level of flexibility when it comes to the output format selection – not only you can choose a different output format for each of the files in the list, but also you can add more than one output format to each file. This allows you to create complex multi-format conversion lists that the program will process in one single operation.

Apart from a standard – though always useful – clipping tool, the program comes with a nice set of audio effects to personalize your favorite audio tracks. Thus, you can fade in and out your files, normalize their volume, to apply a band-pass filter, or to add a chorus, flanger, or echo effect to the music. Each of these effects comes with its own parameters for you to play with and experiment with new sounds.

The program comes with an embedded audio player for you to prelisten to any of the selected files.
